§3 Personal Data

1. What is GDPR?

GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) is a regulation of the European Parliament and Council concerning the protection of personal data and their free movement. It contains provisions on personal data processing and grants users specific rights.

• Login and password (hash)
• Technical device/application identifiers (e.g., push notification token)
• In-app purchase data (Apple/Google transaction identifiers)
• Website payment data (if used) – handled by external provider Stripe

• Firebase / FCM — push notifications, technical analytics
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase verification (Apple/Google)
• TradingView — chart embedding
• Stripe — website payments only (if available)

5. Mobile app payments

In mobile apps, payments are processed exclusively by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their terms. Stripe is not used for mobile purchases.

7. Consent withdrawal:

8. Account deletion and retention:

You can delete your account in the app profile. After identity verification, we delete your personal data and user content associated with the account. We may retain only the minimum necessary information required by law (including accounting, fraud prevention) for the legally specified period. Backups may store data for up to 30 days and are periodically overwritten.

§4 Final Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of publication and may be updated with changes in features or law.
